Life teaches...

It's been so long, being caught up with so many variant stuffs of Dear Zindagi, I couldn't find pure moments to be deeply connected to the inner self. It's a hard task though still somehow trying to steal some moments at least to ramble if not be able to tell the stories in a proper way.

So, begging apology in advance...

Since very long, waiting to see things on various fronts to get settled, but one after another peril keeps pouring over and mercilessly encountering...

It was 19th November late in the evening on our way back home after a very tiring  day, my son's straight passionate line was - "I learnt the trick even better in selecting a song and its presentation after this failure, so I have already decided what to sing next time" when I asked him not to participate in such talent hunts anymore...
When I said, "Didn't you hear that boy stood next to you telling he had been coming for this audition since 2006 and everytime got rejected and how was he disqualified this time too for being overage and he had to leave the place in the middle of the process and his faded ray of last hope also ended empty???
My son kept quiet for some time and said, come whatever may, I shall never stop trying and lose hope...
His positive spirit made me quiet, I didn't argue further and then & there decided, if he's determined to face any such trials, we as parents shall support him in an encouraging manner every time that we are doing in these last couple of years.
But it was great pain after reaching home when switched on the TV and saw one of the esteemed judges certifying the same show to be aired soon as the most authentic show that follows transpareny in selecting its participants...
Truth In Black! Alas!!
So, this is the outcome after a bitter live experience of the unreal reality of a talent hunt audition, that again shattered me exactly in the same way as the last couple of auditions. It felt like truth has been lost somewhere, leaving behind "Dramebazi" and "Dhokhebazi" as its successors...
Starting from photocopy shop owner to the police and the venue owner to the judges everyone is an epitome of dishonesty from head to toe... Every cheat of the organisers is so well planned, that anyone could easily get trapped. Talent has nothing to do with such auditions, because everything is already fixed smartly from the very beginning, It's nothing but pure farse...

Decided to tell about the whole episode in detail, but finally dropped the idea just to keep myself away from negativity...
It doesn't matter whether an aspirant is getting selected or not, but it's disheartening to know, he/she is not even getting chance to show the talent...

Don't feel like exposing the truth behind talent hunts at this point of time. Rather took it as a learning, that'll help to grow further. Because every moment passes by teaching us something new.
So, on a contrary note stopping the story here with a hope to see better days soon...

This is how on one part,
Some unfavourable situations teach us in a single stroke without our knowledge, though they sound unconvincing...
And on the other part we ourselves convincingly learn lessons from our surroundings with much love and respect...

Now it's time to see the other part -
Goodness at its top in a completely different live story, where the protagonist is telling her tale of feat through her deed.
Yes, its a true heartrending 8 year old story, where a grieved mother became a saviour of million everyday travellers on the life threatening extremely busy chowk on one of the national highways that runs through the Indian national capital just after losing her beloved daughter in an accident on that particular point. With a promising attitude she started the noble mission of saving life on road....

An incredible life devoted to uncertainty -
She is non other than Dorris Francis. The epitome of selfless honesty, utmost sincerity and tremendous courage.
A brave heart, who treasures unmeasured volumes of love and compassion for others,
A beautiful soul, who has dedicated her life to the society,
A messenger of heaven,
An angelic incarnation,
A true hero, immensely inspiring...
It was great pleasure for every traveller on that road to see her in the morning controlling the heavy traffic singlehandedly with great perfection and easing their travel. But from the 3rd week of November, she went missing, not seen on the road.
No one has the clue till the news circulated in social networks, print and electronic medias that said
She had been diagnosed with cancer, was critical, admitted to the AIIMS and was in a very bad state.

In this self-centred world, her life is an institution that exemplifies the saying "living for others is a life worth-living" in its true sense...
I have seen her extremely busy in controlling the traffic, but always with a happy face,
And saw her exactly same happy face on the hospital bed too when I and my husband went to see her after surgery. She welcomed us folding her hands and with a broad smile. We stood still with our folded hands and I didn't realise how teary emotions rolled down from eyes...
She asked us to have seat and said, she'll be fit and fine and return to the road soon and nothing to worry, as long as she is there, all the travellers are safe, because she won't let any mishap happen on that road. Then she said few introspective lines, how the outer beauty doesn't matter if the inner being is not beautiful, if it has no good feeling for others.
Salutable...

In that very hour a lady entered, took a seat and started how her autowala nonstop told her about the goodness of Dorris on the previous day till she reached the destination and that made her coming to see her though she had never seen her before because she has never travelled at the same time when Dorris controls traffic...
After listening to her Dorris said, it's all the love, good thoughts, wishes and prayers of people that she is alive...

It was great pleasure to find her so close for sometime listening to her, know little more about her life, like, her simplicity and contentment, remarkable self-confidence and strength, admirable self-respect, hard working nature, helping destitutes in many ways, about her loving world of pets that includes 6 dogs, 3 parrots, a tortoise and a cat etc. etc.

After spending a quality hour of positive vibration being in Dorris' company in the hospital room, it was time for us to take a leave, we went near her and said, What you do to us is indebted. We could not do anything else except showing solidarity by coming here to see you.
You are the most important reason of our safety on the busy morning road. You are there, that's why NH - 24 travellers are there...
Ever so grateful!! Much respect!!!

Initially it was a concern of her treatment cost.
They say, "Do good for others, it'll come back in unexpected ways" -
With an appreciable efforts of all, financial help for Mrs Dorris Francis has arrived multiple times than expected and needed...
Even the PMO India, CMO Uttar Pradesh, Delhi police, Ghaziabad police have further contributed.
AIIMS along with The Max hospital also provided free cost treatment to her.
More than all that, people have contributed additionally and also come forward to renovate her house and even taken up education of her grandchildren...

At this moment, she requires our prayers and best wishes the most to resume a healthy life...
Amen!!!
